The Art of Happiness

Kick start 2024 with Life Coach - Cressida Landless
I started The Art of Happiness in 2016 after I had completed a post graduate course in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching. Rather than entering the corporate world as a leadership coach, I was drawn to working with individuals who were keen to reach their full potential, and achieve success and happiness, without having to struggle with the difficulties that are accepted as an inevitable part of life.
The areas in which I specialise are relationships; a lack of confidence socially or in the work place; fear of exclusion; sadness and grief; anxiety and panic attacks and any other areas of concern.
I am based in Cirencester, and in addition to individual one to one coaching consultations, in 2024, I will be running regular workshops known as Happiness Days. Each workshop will be dedicated to one of the above topics. Visit my website for further details www.notesofhappiness.co.uk

Rural Sales - Market Comment
The national farmland market in 2024 was the busiest it's been for some years. It was influenced by a General Election, anticipation of CGT changes in the Autumn statement, and, following that, the unexpected proposed changes to Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief.
